The Polenastics dance and fitness studio is available for hire.

Do you need a dance or fitness studio for your classes? Do you need space for your event or for practice sessions?

Do you want to start your own business in beauty, massage, consultation or need a space to work from away from home? We have smaller side rooms that can be hired long term or short term too.

A stunning, welcoming, bright and well equipped fitness and dance studio is available for hire in Newport Pagnell Milton Keynes.

The Polenastics Dance Studio is situated on Howard Way just behind the Land Rover Garage in a new development. The studio benefits from free parking, toilets, a kitchenette changing rooms (due to be complete in May 2011), its own reception, two 3x3x side rooms and a storage area. Fully licensed to play music from CD's and other storage devices.

Already hosting fitness and dance classes throughout the week, and with a large and established (since 2003) customer base, it is a perfect venue for teaching dance, drama, fitness, hosting meetings, coffee mornings, practice sessions, kids clubs, holiday schemes, a corporate event, a party – anything.

It can be hired by the hour, by a half day, in block bookings, for repeat classes, on the fly and ad hoc.

Not only as an empty dance/fitness studio, the studio can house up to 10 fully portable dance poles – which can also be hired along with the room and with a pole fitness instructor.

At 9m x 9m with an 8m x 6” wall of mirrors, this space can take up to 30 adults taking a fitness class and more for get-togethers.

Any hires will benefit from in house promotion with space for cards, and listings on the timetable, website and social forums. Polenastics will also help promote your event if you require.

PRICING

Main area rental from just £10 an hour for block bookings. Or £85 a day for a 9am - 5.30pm booking.

Standard 1 off 1 hour hire rate is £17.50.

The studio also has two 3m x 3m private side rooms which can be hired out on long term lease. Perfect for a beauty room or massage area or a consultation room. These side rooms can also be fitted with or without a pole for practice and are £7 an hour PAYG, or £20 a day for 9am - 5.30pm or £35 a day for for 9am - 10pm PAYG.

Large discounts are available for long term bookings.

All Polenastics instructors are fully qualified and insured to teach vertical fitness & dance .

We teach complete beginners through to the most advanced poler.
