Monthly Membership SAVER Packages - Available at the studio only

To benefit our regular polers, we are trialing a membership scheme. If you are a regular poler and would prefer to pay in advance for your lessons rather than PAYG to make an great a saving, we have introduced UNLIMITED monthly memberships.

Get unlimited group pole lessons (booking onto each lesson in advance is ESSENTIAL!) for a huge saving. This means you can book into classes, double and single lessons on any day of the week, as often as you like for the same monthly fee!

The UNLIMITED memberships are for classes at the Newport Pagnell studio only, and must be booked in advance, places are limited in each class and so are memberships and 24 hours notice must be provided if you are unable to attend a class. 

Monthly Members will be the first to be notified of any work shops, events or master classes coming up and will have priority booking. They will also get free access to student jams (PAYG students £5).

NOTE: This membership scheme is running as a trial, as the discounts to be made are huge (we run 14 & 1/4 hrs of lessons each week at the studio and as a member, you can book into any and as many of these as your want for just £45 or 40 a month) therefore we require a minimum amount of members to make it viable. If after the trial period we are below our require membership amount we will need to revert back to the previous bulk buy lesson packages. If we hit and exceed this target then the membership monthly fee will be REDUCED for the first 50 to members to join up! So get in quick!

By Puchasing your membership you confirm you agree to these terms:

PRINCIPLE TERMS

1. This agreement commences on receipt of payment.
2. Your Polenastics Ltd Studio Monthly Membership starts immediately.
3. You will be entitled to all the rights and privileges exercisable for the Type of Membership chosen.
4. You cannot transfer this agreement to anyone else.

FEES AND CHARGES

1. The first month's Monthly Membership Fee is collected from you by PayPal at the start of your membership. They are not refundable under any circumstances with the exception of the Money Back Guarantee detailed below.
2. Your second PayPal Direct Debit for Monthly Membership Fee will be collected one month after you joined. Subsequent Direct Debits for Monthly Membership Fee will be collected on or just after the same day of each month thereafter. Each payment made is not refundable under any circumstances.
3. If any PayPal Direct Debit is returned unpaid or any cheque is returned unpaid or if any other form of payment is not honoured for whatever reason, you shall pay us on demand an administration fee of £20.
4. You agree to advise us immediately of any change to the Members Details provided.

PRICE PROMISE

1. Polenastics Ltd intend to reduce the monthly rate for each Monthly Membership Member once a target number of Members is reached. This discounted rate will be applied at that time and each Member will be notified of the discount.
2. Polenastics Ltd reserve the right to increase the default rate and therefore your particular price for life insofar as any relevant taxes, such as VAT, apply and/or increase.

GENERAL TERMS

1. You agree to comply with the Rules of Membership which are displayed prominently in the Studio and relate to opening hours, use of facilities and your conduct. We may make reasonable changes to these Rules at any time provided that we give you advance notice of the change.
2. If we take no action or let you off any breach of this agreement or give you extra time to pay or comply, it will not stop us enforcing the terms of this agreement strictly at a future date.
3. We may assign the benefit of this agreement and our rights thereunder to a third party on notice to you. Your rights under this agreement will not be prejudiced.
4. This agreement is governed by English Law.
5. We may terminate this agreement with immediate effect on notifying you if you are in breach of the Clubs Rules.
6. Your membership will be cancelled immediately if you cancel your PayPal Direct Debit.
7. Class bookings are ESSENTIAL for each lesson and 24 hr notice MUST be provided if you are unable to attend a class.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

1. If you change your mind and cancel your Membership in the first 7 days of purchasing your membership, you are entitled to a full refund.
