4 Lesson Beginners Course

 4 lesson pole fitness beginner course just £25.00 (+£1 one-off membership fee)

Every Monday at 6.30 or 7.30pm in Newport Pagnell at the Polenastics Studio.

Suitable for all ages, fitness levels and sizes. Learn the basics of pole fitness with students of the same ability.

Spins, lifts, basic tricks, floorwork and transitions, all are covered in these classes.
