1-2-1 & private pole lessons

If a pole dance class sounds a bit too daunting at first and you want to try pole dancing for fitness as a one to one lesson, or you feel you need a bit more instructor time to push you forward with those pesky pole tricks, spins and moves then Polenastics offer private lessons and small group bookings.

You can book private lessons for 1 person or up to 4 people with an instructor all to yourself! We can also do larger group lessons - get in touch if you have a bunch of you that all want to give pole fitness a go.

Private pole fitness lessons are available on weekdays, weekends and evenings, depending on your instructors schedule, and you can book these individually or book a course.

If you are a pole fitness instructor already wanting additional pole tricks and spins training, please get in touch. We are happy to train other instructors for £45 an hour. This will be intense training to pin point your specific requirements and will include spotting techniques.
